How would you apply to help be a part of a sting operation? I look young for my age and I might be a good person for the job. I could use how young I look to an advantage.

Hey, I am an active decoy working for chat-avenue. I will say working in a sting operation does look really cool but it is taxing for everyone involved, we see the creeps having their lives destroyed while also defending kids while also being in the 'game on mindset' . It can also be daunting because there is so much that can go wrong and you never know if the person is armed or will do anything stupid. With that being said, here is my thoughts for you as a decoy myself). I am always happy to help people learn the decoy life as it is not just about looking young there is a lot that goes into working as one.
1) start locally and get to know the role of a decoy, we have (as decoys) to shift mindsets into what would a kid say/think/respond while not tipping off the creep
2) I started in online chats, there are a couple hiring
3) make sure your decoy persona is not even close to your real persona as peeps can check
