I'm posting here in lieu of emailing Ashton directly, since I'm not sure if anyone else is having these issues too.

I just signed up for a paid subscription a little over a week ago, and have started watching all the paid videos.

One issue that has been happening since I was watching the free-tier videos:
When I go to "Browse", I see this:

I did watch through the entire "Scammed" series, each episode from start to finish. But for some reason that particular episode keeps showing up as "continue watching". I've tried clicking it, letting it resume and then skipping to the end - today I even tried clicking it, leaving my computer and letting the video play through normally, until it was done. But it's still showing up. Like whatever I do I can't get rid of it from "continue watching".

There was a second issue that kept happening with the first "Sacred India" video, but that seems to have corrected itself between the time it happened and the time I'm making this post.

I will try clearing my cookies just to be safe, but I suspect it's tied to the account somehow, not my browser. Has anyone else run into a video that gets stuck in "continue watching"?

Edit: Yeah, the same thing happens in incognito too, so it's not a cookie-related thing. Something in my account thinks I haven't finished watching that video so it keeps showing up every time I go to browse videos.

You should definitely email TM. They are always very helpful. Any time that I have emailed them I use the email: [email protected]. Of course they are all very friendly and accommodating, but when it has something to do with TRILOGY+ I’m sure they’ll fix it right away. Sorry you’re having the problems you are, i’m sure they will help with getting them resolved.

I am having the same issue. I tried moving the progress bar to the end and let the video finish. I have two up now, which is kinda annoying.

Why cant things be free to view and be a member of anymore. Alot more people would be fans and subscribe to channels and websites if they didnt have to pay for it. Most people cant afford to enjoy your content. You gotta give me something for free to keep me as a fan.
