On National Scam Survivor Day, we joined the bipartisan Stop Scams Caucus on the steps of the U.S. Capitol alongside members of Congress, scam survivor Judith, and fellow scam fighter Kitboga — to demand a real pipeline between civilian investigators and law enforcement.
